Note from the registry: Maker Leroy Cash McGowan III; peppers grown by hand, no pesticides, on a plot at Jirik Family Farm in southern Minnesota, about an hour south of the Twin Cities. Signature pepper Habanada (heatless habanero), heat from serrano and jalapeño, lime-forward. Single sauce. First batch 2019 — the own domain says 'Saucy Since 2019' is the year the work started, not a launch date. Sold in person at two Minneapolis spots and Linden Hills Farmers Market; no online shop yet, shipping being worked on. Minneapolis is a sales location, never the maker city. County not recorded.
