Sale channel is physical retail only — Soda City Market on Saturdays, Vino Garage (2501 Main St, listed in the current Thanksgiving 2026 Holiday Hop campaign), Rosewood Market and Deli, and My Thai Restaurant in Summerville; no price verified anywhere. Founded circa 2013 (Nov 2016 article: business created three years earlier); owners Diane Gilbert and retired Rosewood Market chef Benoit St. Jacques; 11-acre farm in Columbia with over 40 peppers. Recorded sauces are the three named ones — the original ("Meet Your Cremator"), DD's Think Green, DD's Avocado Tomatillo.
