JournalTruth Sauce
Little Rock, Arkansas · 1 sauce on record
Note from the registry: AMBER: identity + historic sale proved by two independent sources; current sale evidenced by restaurant service + events, not a live retail listing — a follow-up retail check could upgrade this to Green. Founder Keith Tucker Jr. with son Keith Tucker III; Truth Sauce, Inc. created January 2020; vegan, gluten-free all-purpose sweet-heat sauce ('between a traditional barbecue sauce and Thai chili sauce'); ~40 stores statewide by Mar 2021 (Drug Emporium, Edward's Food Giant + 10 more) and shipped out of state. Still active in 2026: house 'Truth Sauce' at Certified Pies, Little Rock (UALR Mar 2026; Only In Your State Oct 2026) and the Truth Sauce team hosting the third annual Wings on the River contest (Little Rock Soiree Sept 2026). The Truth All-Purpose Seasoning is a seasoning, not recorded. County not recorded.
